Pittsburgh punk rock buds, Worlds Scariest Police Chases, wanted to do a music video about monsters. After working with the band on getting their ideas into a shot list, we loaded up what gear we could get our hands on and headed to the Burgh. This was the result.

This whole thing was shot on a shoestring with no crew, except our band buds helping me set things up. We used a budget green screen studio for the news shots. Most of the video was shot 24 fps at 4K, but the band playing was shot at 60 fps at 1080 to give it that crisp look. There’s also a fog machine because, why not?
